DC/DC Converter - Electronic Converters for small solar solution

Our DCC converters have been designed for the conversion of low output levels into higher, stable output voltages. They are of interest, in particular, for solar modules and fuel cells where the operating point is below an acceptable range and cannot be converted with existing technologies.

They are supplied as open componentry; on request, the converters can be encased or supplied with customer-specific plug-in connectors. Alternatively, the DCC2 and DCC14 can be equipped with temperature-controlled charge characteristics. In this case, no additional charge regulator is required

Boost 300

The Boost 300 is a monolithic 4-phase interleaved DC-DC boost converter designed to maximize the power generated by photovoltaic panels independent of temperature and amount of solar radiation.

Optimization of the power conversion is obtained with embedded logic which performs the MPPT (max. power point tracking) algorithm on the PV cells connected to the converter.
