scottyPro – the solar charger

Small, but a good performer – and this at a reasonable price! Not much larger than a modern mobile phone, scottyPro efficiently converts sunlight into usable electric energy by its integrated solar panel. Conventional rechargeable batteries (size AA) as well as a wide range of electric appliances can thus be charged or operated just by the power of the sun!

The devices are connected to scottyPro with adapter wires which optimize power and voltage to their needs. Patented charging cables and adapters are available for all common mobiles, for many organizers, GPS, the iPod and for other appliances with 3 V input voltage (e. g. discman).

scottyPro is not only multifunctional in regard to the appliances it can charge but also with respect to its sources of energy. Of course, it prefers the sun! However, it also accepts energy by power outlets and on-board power systems of cars (12 V). An additional solar-panel can be connected to scottyPro, thus doubling its performance. This extra panel is weatherproof, water-resistant and can be left outside for a longer period.
